KLM

KLM Cityhopper is a regional subsidiary of KLM, with service based on the standards of its parent.  The service is not the same, mainly due to the fact that the aircraft cannot support the full service.  The airline desperately needs a fleet renewal, fortunately this has now started - but it has a very long way to go.

The plane (Fokker 100) was not bad, but small and showing its age, service was good, with wine and a sandwitch served, which was one ham and one cheese, there was not vegitariaan option, but I was offered 2 packs (so I could have 2 cheese) and an extra glass of wine. The staff were friendly, with an empty business class, but a packed Economy, the crew moved some passengers to these seats to relive the pressure.
