2 Beef tomatoes
1 Big Buffalo mozzarella
Fresh basil
Clove of garlic
Olive oil
Black pepper
The juice of half a Lemon
Salad for dressing the plate
Slice the tomatoes into thin slices.
Dress them on the place.
Do the same with the buffalo mozzarella placing the slices
between the tomato in sequence one slice tomato one slice mozzarella, leave a
free space in the centre of the place for a little bit of lettuce.
For the dressing, place into a blender the basil, the juice
of half a lemon, a clove of garlic and three table spoons of olive oil, Pepper
(to taste) and blend it. Once smooth drizzle over the salad, serve it fresh and
enjoy this healthy dish from Italy.
